Description
Each diamond on this luxury timepiece has taken 2 and a half years to locate, place, cut and polish, making it a masterpiece of unrivalled detail. Finding each of the exceedingly scarce 48 natural fancy lime colour diamonds to match the same hue and contrast was a thorough and meticulous process readily appreciated in this unique timepiece’s brilliant sparkle. The 18kt white gold case of the watch is further adorned with 44 baguette cut diamonds to carpet the entire piece in radiant beauty wholly. Although already apparent in the craftsmanship of this masterpiece, the sapphire back case of the Berkeley imperial confirms the “pièce unique” to highlight the individuality of this watch to the wearer further. Complementing the watch’s stone selection is a stunning fancy lime coloured diamond set into the crown, an original spin to Backes and Strauss’ signature Jewel in the Crown.
