The Fabergé Essence Rose Gold Heated Ruby Heart Surprise Locket is set in 18-karat rose gold and opens to reveal a heart-shaped ruby surprise inside. The bale of the locket contains 14 round brilliant cut diamonds. The locket is 18mm in size.

This creation features a heart-shaped Mozambican ruby from Gemfields' mines.
